The hotel was nice, about a 15 minute tram ride from the main railway station and 5 minute walk thereafter. The staff were friendly, the room was small and clean. I only stayed for one night so the facilities were adequate for a short stay. I didn’t have breakfast there but I believe it is 18 Swiss Francs. It was a reasonable price for a one night stay, at least for Zurich which is very expensive compared to Munich.

This is a really good place to stay in Zurich. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The rooms are light, airy and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the window shutters for keeping the room dark at night. The breakfast is excellent (and very good value for Zurich). The setting feels like a cafe with friendly staff making coffees to order. Lots of lovely food choices with fresh bread, croissants, cheese, ham, fruit... you really couldn't ask for more. Make sure you include breakfast in your booking! When we checked out, we were glad to be able to leave our bags near reception and collect later. We still had spare time so were welcome to use the toilet and sit in the comfy reception area before we had to leave for the airport. I hope to return to Zurich and this hotel some time soon!

Perfect location away from buzzing city life,but small restaurants and shops close by! Good breakfast, and comfortable beds.
