I am so glad the ABnB host turned me down (probably not handsome enough), which led me to Mil 512 here at booking.com. We loved this unit. It was cosy, clean and comfortable with an unbeatable location sandwiched between a Coop and Migros as well as two tram stations and all 4 are just a few hundred meters away. We were looking for the heating control and there was none but the central heating kept the unit at a comfortable temperature. The stand fan in the bedroom/living was sufficient for air circulation but it was wintertime, so it worked great for us. There is no AC, so can't comment on summer period. The WiFi worked great. We didn't watch any TV channels as we were out most of the time. All the required cooking utensils were provided plus salt and pepper and nearly all of the items listed in the facilities are provided. The bed was quite comfortable and sleep was good as the area was quiet at night. We do not wear shoes inside a home, so we brought our own bedroom slippers. Anyhow, the floor was clean enough. The Stadelhofen stop from the airport was a straight walk from the station to the apartment, which was done in a less than 10-minute stroll. The Muhlebach Cafe directly opposite the apartment was a great place to relax with coffee while waiting for our check-in time with friendly staff. Our hosts Dimi and Giancarlo were a great help in communication from booking to check-in. Details given were clear and questions were answered quite promptly. Migros was a godsend as we could buy groceries to make our breakfast as we usually stay in hotels when we travel. Overall, a fantastic experience staying at the apartment which made moving around so much easier. This will be the apartment if we ever come back this way for a holiday.
