Great location to be staying in with shops and eateries nearby, our room was really spacious and easily accomodated 2 adults and a teenager. The staff were super friendly and offered free water and iceblocks during the summer heat! Breakfast was great, had the essential breakfast items and also offered things like pastries, deli selection and a fruit spread etc

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I had a very satisfying experience. It’s great to see that the hotel continues to maintain its high standards over the years. The staff were efficient, friendly, and welcoming. I really appreciated the complimentary fruits and ice cream offered upon arrival — a thoughtful touch, especially on a warm summer day. Although there’s no air-conditioning, a fan was provided in each room, which kept us comfortable throughout the night. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality options to start the day. While the location is a bit of a walk from the main train station (around 500 meters), there’s a convenient bus stop nearby — which made getting to the station with heavy luggage much easier. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich. I’d be happy to stay here again.

The welcome drinks and food on arrival. Delightful staff. Free mini bar. Completely customer focused, even down to providing air conditioners in the rooms. Lovely breakfast.
