The people working there are friendly, patient and had suggestions about the area like a sunrise tour. The clean bed! Also good location near the park and walking distance tot he bus stop and train station.

The man at reception was awesome! Even though he didn't speak a word of English, he very cheerfully helped me sort out whatever I needed and made me feel very welcomed. All hotels in Alishan are located on one street, this one is placed with easy access to everything. I was traveling alone but I was given a double room. The bed and pillows were soooo comfy I slept really well.
