the hospitality services of the staff is excellent. I particularly like to praise the warm and intimate services of the staff Summer who welcome us into the hotel. She helped us a lot in particularly helping us to get a taxi and reserved a seat for us to enjoy the live performance at the Horizon Bar. She also advised us to go to the top floor to have a Panasonic view of the city. Added bonus is that we have a FULL Moon to share with on the white Valentines. The diligence services of the front desk staff Hin also deserved our prasse. Overall, the service is excellent despite that the hotel wasn't a new one.
