Safe with Security guard (assuming 24/7) at the ground floor lift lobby. Convenient location to shops, F&B and transportation (short walk to TRA station & city bus station).

Very good location, only a 3-minute walk from the train station. The self check-in machine started exactly at 4 PM, which was inflexible. The worst part was: Since making the reservation, I have received many scam messages asking me to provide personal details. I contacted both the hotel and Booking.com, but they only told me to ignore the messages without taking any action to resolve the issue. I just want to warn others to be cautious of scams, even if the messages appear to come from a Booking.com account. I will stay here again and just ignore the scam messages.
