A fantastic stay. What really made it special was the staff who go above and beyond to make your stay special sorting you out with itineraries and tickets at no extra cost (in fact often saving you money).

No words to describe how amazing this hotel is..the position is great, the staff is top of the tops, helpful and so friendly! The atmosphere is surreal, like being at home, but in zhangjiajie.. super super recommended..any bad rewievs cannot be real. From Italy i could instantly move live there for the cozy place!

The staff! So friendly and welcoming as soon as you step in. He helped me plan every day in the park depending on the weather and was able to contact him if I needed any help. Also lovely just to hang out with and have some tea, he makes a lovely coffee for just 15 yuan. Westerner friendly and had plenty internationals staying while I was there. Comfortable beds but you do have to make it yourself including laying down the sheets and pillow case. Good location walkable distance to the park and plenty of food options next door as well as a little convenience store. Highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you to all the lovely amazing staff :)
