The hotel is located in the city center. It has convenient access to all attractions. We also had a very good contact with the staff which was very helpful and helped us with tickets to the park. Extra cafe downstairs at the reception is great :)

The room was very clean and had a charming traditional touch. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the person at the reception — by far the kindest and most helpful person we met during our trip. She went above and beyond to help us organize our stay, was incredibly responsive, and even assisted us with other issues we encountered. Thanks to her, this accommodation was truly outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to her!

A wonderful little place. Super friendly and helpful staff who helped us plan our trip and navigate all the things to do in ZJJ mountains. The whole place had a really cosy feel to it - surprising for somewhere as urban as ZJJ city, but it was such a pleasure. The main area is full of old TVs and radios and other vintage memorabilia, there are comfortable leather sofas, and the breakfast is REALLY GOOD - one of the best I've had in China. We really liked the "mountain chalet" feel of the bedroom too - wooden rafters / beams on the ceiling. It was a fairly simply, cosy room, but that's what we wanted and - importantly - it was exactly as it had been depicted in the photos on booking.com. It felt simple and honest, which was a very welcome experience when visiting a region full of tourists who are often exploited. Overall a really positive experience, made exceptional by Anine at the front desk who - with the help of her trusty translator - helped us plan our itinerary, gave us maps for our walks and even spent a lot of time helping us book tickets! Thank you Anine!

A chic hotel, very tasty breakfasts and lunches. Very friendly hostess of the hotel. Thank you so much for her help, she helped us with excursions, helped with taxis and gave valuable advice on routes in parks. Thanks to her, we got on a fabulous show.
