Staff were friendly and room were a good size. It was so close to the cable car and buses for pick up for Tianmen mountain. Totally unexpected bonus.

Grant and Hao Li Ping were so helpful and informative. The staff were kind and polite. The location is 10/10, just a few minutes away from the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. Raniee organized all the bookings for attractions for us.

The hotel has a great location in every aspects. The rooms are large, well equipped, modern, smart and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is OK, what to say, not so much continental, but you understand it as 95% of the tourists are still local patriots and you are being observed as non chinese. I specially want to mention the young gentleman from the reception who welcomed us (in English!!!!) and explained all our planned excursions around. He was also very attending on our leaving, I really appreciated it, we were not used at all such kind of attention in other places in China. So in a nutshell, I do really recommend this hotel to stay in.

Convenient location, minutes walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car and local restaurants. The water front is also just a close walking distance away. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. I was contacted by their in house tour guide when I made the booking and they provided me with great information and competitive prices for tours. Good experience overall.
