All staff are very helpful and hospitable. They have some cute dogs and cats living there too. They helped us with all our tourist transit affairs. I even left my headphones in the hotel on checkout and they rushed them to the train station for me! The rooms are very nice and comfortable, with a great view. The decor is cool and unique, with lights at night. Breakfast is all good food, freshly made. Do have dinner here at least once, they have a great bbq area where you can watch the mountains.

My second visit and for sure not the last. Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, quite and amazing view, unique and large rooms . Highly recommend. The best in zhangjiajie. (bonus: if you like cute and friendly cats and dogs they are all around :).

The hotel is close to the main attractions in Zhangjiajie and they have a very helpful staff to support you with choosing your activities/ itinerary. Mr Hu Qing was especially helpful with planning and preparing breakfast in bag for our early departure. The driving to and from airports/train stations and the different sightseeing areas is included as long as it’s not too far away.

The room was comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and attentive, very helpful for everything.
