The design of the property as a whole. I love books and there are bookshelves everywhere. You feel the warmth once you step in, it reminds me of the hotels in Megeve.

Lovely hotel really close to the train station. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were so lovely I can’t fault them. We dined at the restaurant in reception and the food was outstanding. One of the best burgers I have ever had and the service was great. We got so lucky to have a clear day so we could see the Matterhorn from our balcony, although only one side of the balcony not the full length of it. I would call it a partial view.
