Zermatt is a car-free resort. Please park your car in Täsch and proceed by train (leaving every 20 minutes). The hotel offers free transfers by electric taxi from the Zermatt Train Station to the hotel between 8:00 and 21:00. Please inform the hotel in advance about your arrival time at the train station.If you are travelling with children, please inform the property in advance of their age. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, the location was great – quiet and a bit away from central Zermatt, but close to the hiking trails. The view from the window was amazing, and the sauna was a nice bonus. Also, the male waiter at breakfast was especially kind and welcoming every morning.

Exceptional Staff is very much helpful and polite. Thier guidance up to the mark. I am muslim traveler they prepared in advance regarding vegan halal food in breakfast.

Room, breakfast and restaurant were excellent. Staff went out of their way to welcome us and anticipate/fulfil every need. Our room had a sauna and steam arrangement, and a large balcony overlooking the Matterhorn. We did not use the hotel spa.

Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast and the private spa. Restaurant was excellent in the evening too and the room was very nice.
