You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.If you are travelling with children, please inform the property in advance of how many are arriving and include their age.Please also note that extra beds must be requested before arrival. The booking confirmation states the contact details.Please note that the wellness centre is open from 14:30 to 21:00 daily.Please note that the wellness area, breakfast, housekeeping and reception are unavailable from April 27th to May 23rd, 2025.

Beautiful lodgings in a great location. Welcoming staff and very comfortable, spacious and relaxing accommodation. The spa area was very luxurious and a lovely treat. Breakfast was also very lovely.

Beautiful room, nice breakfast, friendly staff, good view of the Matterhorn just outside of the hotel. They offer a buggy service to the station if you don’t want to drag your luggage thru the town, about 10mins walk to the station.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, right in the center of Zermatt. It’s close to the train station and many restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful. The room we received was on the first floor, and the Matterhorn was only partially visible from the corner of the terrace. However, the room itself was spacious and the terrace was lovely. I was particularly impressed by the housekeeping – the cleaning was impeccable, and there was a small complimentary touch. Breakfast wasn’t especially rich, but we were told it’s mostly made with local products, and the coffee was very good.

Everything about the property was great. Tim was a perfect host and an exceptional guide. The breakfast, the sauna, and the facilities in the room were perfect. Will definitely stay here when in Zermatt next.
