The Legendär is only accessible by the Gornergrat train (1st stop: Legendär) or the pedestrian path (10 minutes walk from the center of Zermatt). The residence is therefore not accessible by taxi. It is possible to take the Gornergrat train from the residence to go directly to the ski slopes (Gornergrat included in the ski pass in winter).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The fact that the large window overlooks the Matterhorn is a huge plus! It was just fantastic! Paula, the manager, was very helpful, too. Overall stay was superb, almost a perfect 10 if not for the access issue, especially when you have travelling luggage...

The property really has impressive views of the Matterhorn and of the region. The apartment is spacious and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide both stunning views and lots of light. The outdoor terrace is probably a dream in summer.
