You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.Please call the hotel from the free phone at the hotel information board by the train station. The hotel can pick you up for free between 08:00 and 18:00 (after 18:00 only if the porter is available.)Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The location. Easy to ski out but did need the bus to ski back. Large comfortable room. Hearty breakfasts, very personable staff, excellent spa space.

Excellent place, rooms with excellent views to the matterhorn. Breakfast is also excellent, everything looks rustic but luxurious. You need to be lucky to arrive during daytime - they have a pickup service from train station. The hotel is quite far from city center.
