The hotel receptionist was wonderful. Very welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable and was in a great location. An easy 1 minute walk to the train station. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

It's a nice place, room looks small in pics, but was more than enough for 4 of us in family, including 2 children of ages 11 and 14. Christiana at the reception is an amazing lady, warm, professional and very knowledgeable. She immediately made us feel at home. The terrace outside is very pretty and quiet as well as spacious. In the morning, as I waited for the clouds are clear, just as Christiana had said, I was lucky to view the Matterhorn right from the terrace. Beautiful stay!
