Location was excellent. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Everyplace was spotlessly clean. Great choice for breakfast. Staff could not have been more helpful.

The staff are very helpful and friendly . Such as Caspar and Katina . The morning breakfast is excellent and the facilities are clean . We enjoyed our stay very much ! The Spa facilities were also excellent. Strongly recommend this Hotel as they have rooms that have the full direct Matterhorn view. Will stay in this hotel again if we visit Zermatt again.
