Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The property offers a free transfer from and to the train station between 08:30 and 17:30.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Big and clean property, very close to ski lift to Matterhorn. Carmen and the ladies at reception were fantastic, and checked on us for the whole duration. Highly appreciated the hospitality! Kids enjoyed it thoroughly. However will need to call the reception number as the entrance to the apartment is via the tunnel, and you need a key tag to access the lift, so best to arrange with the team for pick up from the train station.

Spacious and clean rooms. The pool is heated in the garden, and it is rare to find such a luxurious accommodation where you can enjoy the view of the Matterhorn while bathing in the pool. The kids loved it.

We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.
