We loved our spacious room and if you leaned over the balcony you could see the Matterhorn. The staff was extremely welcoming to usabd our 2 dogs, delicious breakfast and we loved their kindness to let us use their spa ( after check out) once we came back from a very long hike . That was a lifesaver!

Lovely hotel in the centre of Zermatt. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent! The room was well equipped and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the town. The spa centre with hot-tub was nice and relaxing after a day's walking.
