“A great family room option in Zermatt”

Our train was delayed so we arrived past the reception hours. I messaged the hotel about this and they came straight back to say someone would stay. They did and were very welcoming. The family room we had was large and the kids loved sleeping in the mezzanine above the lounge area. The breakfast buffet had loads to choose from, including a large ranges of cheeses!

Super duper breakfast - it was the best in the whole trip! The location is also lovely and a short 3-5 mins walk to the train station and also the other transports to the mountains

Comfortable upgraded room which had a view of the mountains and a balcony. Fabulous pool abd spa facilities. Brilliant location. Facilities in room good and all spotlessly clean.
