We really like everything about this accomodation. Everything was clean and apartmant is fully equiped with everything you need for your stay. Great location, beautiful view from the balcony, comfy and warm. If we ever decide to go to Kitz for ski vacation again, we will defintiley come back to this apartment.

The appartment is large and nice, and the location is convenient as it is close to Zel Am Zee and on the road to Kaprun. However, the train station is a few meters away and it causes a lot of noise. Secondly, and compared to the other 4-5 places which we stayed at in Austria (which were all spotless!), this was not as clean. Some dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the room corners were not clean some towels,, the microwave had a string smell of something burned there...we couldn't open it or use it. We had a nice stay, but since this was the most expensive place is our trip, and its maintenance was much less than the others, it was quite disappointing.
