Where do we start. Location. Across the river from the old town. We drove straight in from Teruel. Parking garage was well lit, a lift to the reception and the room. The welcome from the lady on check out was exceptional. On the subject of welcome: Sweeties Bottles of water A personally handwritten welcome note in the room. Breakfast was wonderful. Sweeties and water on checkout. All small things but I've never known service in a city hotel like it. Would highly recommend.

Great location convenient for getting in to the centre. Too a tram which was only 10 minutes and the tram stop was right outside the hotel. Had breakfast which was great value for money and a good selection of foods.
