It is perfect for small family of the four , I recommend this places ,and the staff is very friendly and the helping to store you luggage especially when you have to check out early and you have to leave the city late ,the flat is clean and close to the central town

Proper gas heating! Hooray! Good internet, I was able to work. Equipped kitchen. Quiet place. Receptionists in the hotel where I picked the keys were incredibly friendly even by Spanish standards (which already means friendly). I asked them to prolong my stay, the apartment was already booked but they found another one for me (with a view). There was a time gap for cleaning between check-out and check-in hours, but they allowed me to work from the hotel lobby.

From a ten days staying in this appartment I can tell that it is generally nice value For money. It is well equiped, spacy, around 45m2, well located, near to stores, bus lines, and 6 min walk from the main square of the city. TV is ok, wifi is full, neighbours in the building are rare, apart from one night, a chinese guy from the flat below who was talking over the phone. Although I am noise sensitive, I did not mind positive and vivid atmosphere from the back streat where one caffe was. I guess, in Zaragoza, and in Spain, it is just the way it is. However, after meednight, during the night, there was a death silence. Very calm and no sounds of any kind. Neighbouring area is diverse but peaceful. All in all, warm recommendation.
