The food was delicious, and I enjoyed it. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom, and I appreciated the light switch being close to the bed for convenience. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The area is also very peaceful.

I only stayed at this hotel for a few hours while waiting for an evening flight and it was perfect for the purpose, although showing a few signs of age. The rooms are large and the air conditioning was effective and the pool is huge. The staff were exemplary in bringing towels and arranging sunbeds and umbrellas. It is only a very short drive to the airport, so I would recommend it to anyone in the same situation. It enabled me to have a swim, a siesta and a very long shower before facing the ordeal of an overnight flight. Not the cheapest solution to the problem of being hotel-less for a day, but I very good one. They were very helpful in arranging an early check-in, possibly because the hotel seemed very quiet.

The pool area is nice and it backs onto the beach with a beautiful view. It’s peaceful and very relaxing. Not too far from stone town either
