Hotel is nice and clean,frustration was the lift situation. The wait for the lift every time we wanted to go in or out was mad. It really feels like there are too few lifts for the number of guests, and we weren’t the only ones commenting on it. It definitely took away from the overall experience.

Friendly staff from reception to house keeping. The room was lovely and clean. Food was excellent. Very near the bus/train station. Excellent value. I would definitely stay again but make sure I had a balcony next knowing what I know now.
