Lovely Villa, perfect size for us, 3 x couples and a child. Host Viktor always available if needed. Even cooked us a fantastic traditional meal on last night (see pic) and his wife a traditional Dessert. He cooked in outside kitchen and brought into house for us and also returned deposit at same time, a lovely gesture to thank us for using his Villa. Great time overall.

All of the above, clean, modern, comfortable, reasonably priced, quiet residential area with lovely view off trees over the back and fairly central to get into Zadar old town. We had a car so don't know accessible it would be on public transport though. As other reviewers have pointed out the hosts were lovely, there to hand over the keys and again on the last day to return the damage deposit, we were even offered a home cooked meal but declined because we had planned a long day out to Plitvice Lakes (which I highly recommend!). All in all, a lovely uncomplicated stay!

The facilities were incredible with a private pool, jacuzzi, and a beautiful BBQ kitchen. The space was great for a group of friends or couples to live in for a week. The hosts were very kind and helpful - they even cooked us a dinner on the last night to say thank you for staying. The location was good as Zadar was great and it was a very quiet neighbourhood. I would recommend hiring a car if you want to go into the city centre as it's a bit tricky to get there via bus/taxi all the time. The local people were friendly and the surroundings were gorgeous.
