Communication: 8/10 Location: 9/10 Wifi: 9/10 Facilities: 5/10 Breakfast: 9/10 Air conditioning works fine. Shower boiler apparently has to be turned on via push button on the lighting buttons, the children had accidentally turned these off, which meant that there was no hot water the next time we showered. We did not know this because we did not get an explanation from the owner. A number of lamps did not work. TV only had a few local channels. There were tea and coffee bags available, but there was no kettle. It was also a bit of a shame that we did not meet the host and hostess personally. The reason may have been because we arrived late (22:30). But we stayed for 5 days, so I expected a personal moment. What was annoying the first night/morning was that the waste that was at the doors in the street was collected at 4:30 (!). The next day she swept the same street from 5:30 (!) and the following days there was some general morning noise that started around 7:00. The reason for the noise was not so much that it actually took place, but that the window consisted of single glass. A tip to the owners, invest in double glazing! For the rest, top location to visit everything on foot!! Breakfast was 200m further, at restaurant Heritage. Was perfect! Choice of 5 different menus with excellent service. For breakfast you have to hand in a voucher that is ready in the room. Prices in Zadar are higher than expected. What they say that Zadar still escapes tourism, that is certainly not noticeable in the prices. They may and must earn from tourists, but sometimes it was really expensive. The crowds were ok for the period (mid-April).

Boris, the host was very nice and helpful. We arrived quite late due to traffic but that was not a problem at all.

Location is ok, in the centre od Zadar. Breakfast was good.

Everything is good. Apartment is in the city centre. Shopping and city square just nearby. A few minutes walk to beach. Room is nice clean. Breakfast is good.
