The key collection was easy but finding the apartment was a nightmare. I had to ask several locals and the police and they couldn't the place. In the end a very kind bar owner from just around the corner steeped in and rang the owners, it still took both of use about 10 minutes to identify which door and we only did that because we have a video on the key box. Clearer instructions at check in would have helped and a name or number on the door. I know Zadar well so not sure how other people cope
