We had really good holiday staying at the villa. It was great size for 2 families with older kids and teens. Everything was very clean, parking space available, amazing pool with good outdoor area for chilling, all windows covered against mosques and good aircon in all rooms and living room which was essential being really hot some days. We knew it was a little walk to the sea when booking. But having a pool, we could decide when to go or drive (but parking by the beach was €20) so we often walked having Burek and ice cream on the way, restaurants strip on the way back is handy if hungry. Old town taxi ride, Uber is cheaper then getting local guys at the old town gate that were very expensive. Handy washing machine available here Day trips to near by islands recommended, we did one short boat trip and one long kayak trip at Dugi Otok (getting ferry to island first) which is highly recommended. Although it’s a physical day my mum 69 managed and youngest in our group 9y was very happy too Apart from Borik beach which and near by beaches we visited Nin beach 20 mins away by car which was great

Very nice, clean and spacious Villa. Enough room for 8 guys. Excellent pool and terrace! Uber 6€ to old town. Market and butchers shop very close. Short walk to the closest beach. Communication with Anthony was very easy. Highly recommended!

It is an absolutely stunning property with a fabulous outdoor area and immaculate pool. The house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are extremely comfortable. The house is located in a quiet residential area with shops and restaurants within walking distance. A 5 minute taxi ride to the old town of Zadar and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Anthony was extremely accommodating throughout our stay and was very quick to reply to any of our queries. We would highly recommend this property for a family holiday.

The closeness to city centre, beach an grocery stores was brilliant. We did not need to rent a car. Bus Line 8 Diklo took us easily in to Zadar Old town. We walked to to the nice Borik Sandy beach in 15 minutes. The size of the villa is amazing, We were 8 people (4 adults and 4 young adults) and everybodys needs were fulfilled. The garden was absolutely lovely with sunbeds for all of us, pergola for shade and a good size, very clean pool. The houseowner came several times early in the morning during our stay to check the water quality (so early that we didn’t meet him). The houseowners are great people and their cleaning before we arrived, is the best cleaning we have seen during many rentals of houses. Thank you for a lovely stay.
