Very easy to collect the keys, the owner whatsapped us on the day of arrival and met us at the property and gave us a tour and showed us how everything worked. Super nice guy.

It was a large place with very clean and nice quality items and furnishings. The pool area was perfect with areas of shade and a very clean pool.

Property felt very quiet, secure and private. Not overlooked in the pool area at all with full sunshine all day. Absolutely fantastic. Close to Zadar city and supermarkets

Villa Kontrada is a beautiful house with gorgeous outside area, beautiful plants, stunning pool, bbq + outdoor dining table. Villa had everything we could need for our weeks stay. Very clean + comfortable. Owners were lovely, very helpful + always at hand to answer any queries.
