It was our second stay in this apartment. It has good location which some good groceries and lovely bakery nearby. It has good size tv and fairly comfortable beds. Windows have electric shatters which helps to get decent sleep even in sunny mornings. Parking on the property as well, however parking spots are not designated to each apartment and you have to park where available. Internet connection has improved significantly since our last stay and it seems to be unlimited now. Good size shower with hot water and good pressure. Kitchen equipment was enough for us (although we would only prepare breakfasts). Coffee maker is seems to be just for decoration as there weren’t any coffee capsules and we couldn’t work out which one to buy. The downside of the apartment was the cleanliness and that hasn’t improved since our last stay. Apartment needs deep cleaning and not only brief sweeping of common surfaces. There was dust accumulated under beds, cobwebs by ceiling, smears on kitchen furniture fronts and on the bathroom surfaces. Inside the fridge would also benefit from cleaning. Walls in the apartment would also benefit from some repairs and maybe repainting. And just to mention occasionally there was bad smell coming from drain pipes in bathroom, but I can’t see how that could be prevented by the owner. In overall apartment had good vibe, good location and amenities but would benefit from deep cleaning and repainting.
