Clean and good onsen. Convenient ski rental and shuttle buses. It would be better if dinner at the hotel was available. The shuttle buses offered by the hotel to the station were good and it was convenient to travel back by train after dinner around the station. Very polite and good services.

very kind and helpful staffs. the onsen is great. they provide free shuttle service which helps a lot for those who ski/snowboard.

Good service, spacious room, very nice Onsen, and free shuttle service to Yuzawa Station and couple of ski resorts.
