Breakfast is very good. Lots of choices. Yummy. Room is big and comfortable. Hot spring bath is good. Location is good. Close to bus stop and shopping mall, and the lake.

This hotel is suitable for leisure & business trip; especially there's bus stop, located very close to this hotel. Of course the Sun-Moon Lake is quite famous not only domestically, but also abroad. The weather is nice and it's kind of blessing that the breeze flows over your face while immersing the quietness of forest.

The staff were very friendly, easy checkin/out process. Restaurant didn’t pressure you to leave even when we were late for breakfast and dinner. Our room was spacious and clean with lovely complimentary yummy snacks & water. The beds were very comfortable with exceptional linen. The robes were so comfortable my husband bought himself one. The outdoor hot tub is hot and relaxing after walking or cycling all day ( or after check out). Our room hot tub was amazing too

Luxury hotel. The main perks are the pool with hot water tubs outdoor. Bathtub in the room. Excellent diner and breakfast. Excellent chief of the dining room.
