The hotel is well located next to Itao Shao old street and has quick access to the pier. Hotel room is big and spacious, and it comes with a private onsen tub where you can soak and relax. When the weather is cold and you enter the hotel, it feels so warm and toasty!

Location was great, very near the bus stop that connects to the whole of Sun Moon Lake. Just down the street was the market street with plenty of great food options. The hotel itself was very comfortable. Our room came with access to the Rooftop lounge (great view!), which has different food options for early afternoon and the evening. Rita, a very friendly staff, looked after us very well. Our room had a hot tub that you could fill with hot spring water. We loved to soak in it the privacy of our room. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, and the games lounge.

Very well located to the old street and cable car station. The in room tub was excellent and the Chinese restaurant serves one of the best drunken chicken.
