Friendly accommodating staff, amazing location. I was concerned that id paid so much for a hot tub room and wouldnt be able to use it due to heavy rain, so they installed an umbrella! Comfy bed

Would highly recommend a visit. Different and quirky very welcoming decor and staff. We stayed in the post room excellent price, perfect individualised temperature control, free to come and go with swip card access no disturbance to or from other guests. Comfortable bed and lots of unexpected little extras. Central York lots to do for all abilites, endless eateries suitable for all pallets and price range from steping out the front door. Reasonably priced secure car parking at the Shambles Qpark- 7 minutes walk. Perfect break 👌
