Location to the train station and centre. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. Big bonus was the fans as it was very warm. The welcome box was a lovely gesture and much appreciated.

The property is furnished to a high standard. Its location is in a mixed business / residential area very near the station and the main attractions in York . Having a secure car parking space was a huge bonus and being undercover means you can unload the car in any weather. The security is high with fibbed access to the block as well as into the whole area around the building . The beds were comfie and the showers in both bathrooms were very clean and effective with a good supply of hot water anytime of day . The welcome pack was lovely and really thoughtful to include small packets of milk for the variety of coffee makers available to use .

Lovely apartment, clean, spacious & very well equipped. In a great location, just a few minutes from the train station and around 10 minutes stroll to the city centre. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Security around the building, the quality of the finish and appliances in the apartment. Everything about it was perfect. Welcome hamper was wonderful and very much appreciated.
