Nigel went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely fabulous. He is a very kind and thoughtful host and really went the extra mile by providing little treats for my daughters birthday. The house is amazing and is in an excellent location with the bonus of on-street parking too.

Absolutely lovely house and very clean. The inclusion of a few snacks and drinks was a lovely surprise - very generous host. Great location only 10-15 min walk to all the main tourist attractions. Host was lovely and very communicative.

Lovely quirky decor with attention to detail. Little back yard with sun in the afternoon. Very close to the centre, with fabulous independent restaurants and bars 5mins walk. Very clean and thoughtful welcome bottle in the fridge. Had a fabulous time, thank you

We had a wonderful stay in York and can’t recommend this place highly enough! It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into designing the space, everything felt just right, from the cozy atmosphere to the well-thought-out details that made our stay so comfortable. Nigel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, a fantastic host from start to finish. He even picked us up and kindly offered to keep our bags before the room was ready, which saved us the hassle and cost of luggage storage. That thoughtful gesture really set the tone for a great experience. If you’re planning a trip to York, you should definitely check this place out. It made our visit extra special!
