We loved sitting out in the sunny courtyard after a busy day sightseeing! Handy pub opposite. Near bus route into town. Light and airy kitchen, with everything we needed. Very clean. Good information pack. Lovely bathroom and convenient downstairs toilet.

We picked the property on the edge of York due to the size and private parking and anticipated using the buses as there is a bus stop just down the road but we ended up walking into York each day. It takes about 35 mins and you can walk along the river for most of the way, Very straight forward route, There was a supermarket (Aldi) about 10 mins walk away too. The property has plenty of space for 2 people, nice Christmas tree and cosy lighting. Kitchen very well equipped. We immediately felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend. Very clean, nice bedding, towels and toiletries and welcome pack including fizz.
