Location excellent. Had parking which was a bonus. So clean comfortable cosy had a lovely feeling. Beds comfortable well organised.

Great Location, home from home, had everything you would need, parking for one secure, nicely decorated for christmas break warm and welcoming

It was lovely and clean. Beautiful building, and you can see the love and care that's been taken to get it up to high standards. Couldn't wish for a better location. I can imagine it would be lovely to visit around christmas time as it's lovely and cosy.

The Dutch House was perfect for our short stay. Beautifully restored, well equipped and comfortable, with a secure parking space right next to it. A couple of minutes walk to York Minster and the city walls, with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. We loved it.
