Location was relatively easy to walk into town. Kitchen was superb. Beds were comfortable. Ideal for two families i.e. family with children and grandparents to stay together.

The property was in a central location with off road parking. There was a secure garden and the whole house was just light and airy.

The property was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. It was clean and in a great location. We loved our stay in York and loved the Birdie. We would stay there again.
