Very well located for rail station and National Railway Museum once you have done it once - construction works appear to block the way but there is a path through. Staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast excellent and good value for money.

Everything. Good location - bus stop outside & close to train station. Staff very friendly & helpful. Lots of small touches, making it home from home. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice, fresh fruits etc. Room serviced daily, selection of drinks, chocolate & biscuits. Small fridge provided.

Central location for racecourse, train station and city centre. Free parking on site was a great bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Little fridge which held two bottles of water was a welcome touch as it was really hot the weekend we stayed. Complimentary water, chocolate bars, tea and coffee.

We stayed in loft room 12 nice clean room with everything you need. Really cosy feel about it, really welcoming and enjoyable stay.
