Lovely, clean, comfortable, modern apartment. Only 10 minutes walk from City centre. Free allocated parking space. Great views from the balcony. Friendly, helpful host.

This spacious penthouse flat was clean, comfortable and well-equipped for our needs. It has a very secure parking space within the building quadrangle. Since the flat is on the top floor, the lift was much appreciated. The host, Michelle, welcomed us to the flat and was very helpful is dealing with our queries throughout our stay. The city centre is only a 15 minutes away and there is an ASDA store and Costa cafe only a short walk from the premises.

This apartment is absolutely stunning with beautiful decor and a wrap around balcony with furniture and a great view of the cathedral. great place to explore around York, shops and restaurants close by.staff were absolutely amazing with helping us when I ended up with problems with our check in. Iwill definitely be recommending this place to family and friends who also love York and will also be looking out for there other apartments when travelling around the country.
