Friendly staff. No problems with car parking. Room comfortable and clean. If something to improve add a few biscuits to hospitality tray.

Great little find we stayed in the ebor suite had its own private entrance and terrace was a lovely sun trap,staff very friendly worked hard nothing to much trouble very organised,plenty for breakfast ordered it the night before home made bread which was lovely guest house down a quiet road about 15 to 20 min walk to pubs and restaurants if you go to York this guest house is a must

The location was perfect - an easy walk from the centre but also the railway station. Danny was happy to prepare our breakfast a little early so we could catch our bus to Castle Howard. The breakfast was delicious by the way.
