The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Overall a good experience at the house. Internet was very slow (!!) and there seemed to be a dripping tap in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house was in a great location for the Park and Ride into York, and had Tesco nearby. Beds were a bit too soft for our liking, but appreciate that’s our personal taste.

The location was ideal, opposite Tesco for any conveniences, 5 minutes from the Park and Ride, 10 minutes to the city centre, 10 minutes from the outlet shopping area, with lots of places to eat. The house was spacious, clean and warm. An enjoyable stay.
