The house is nice and clean and in a quiet street. Complimentary things like tea and coffee and toys for the kids is great. Communication with the host is mostly good.

Everything! The welcome message with really helpful details not just about the house but about spending time in York and where to go. A gorgeous house which was very clean, comfortable and had all we needed. It was a central location so very handy for getting into the centre. We loved it.

The house was lovely the owners thought of everything with many small bits and pieces that made our stay even more comfortable. The kitchen is well set up for cooking great meals. Beds are super comfortable and the location is great -- very walkable into all the sites. We really hope to be back and will stay here again.
