It was very comfortable and pretty clean. The fans were of an excellent quality and that was needed. Location convenient for York city centre. On a bus route and a lovely park nearby.

The area is beautiful with the stunning rowntree park just behind the guest house. It is extremely good value for money and our room was very spacious and clean with grest little finishing touches such as a fan an bottled water in the hot weather.
