Easy to access the property. Great location and really comfortable. We loved the balconies and views with the sitting room being upstairs.

On the whole very likeable - many comforts, spacious, and in good order throughout. The location is an absolute win, minutes from the city centre (Minster etc) and the railway so ideal for further exploring. Great pub (Minster Inn) literally on the door step, and a Sainsbury's Local a few steps further. A real pleasure to hear the church bells during the day, and the reassuring (and sufficiently distant) clickety-clack of passing trains. The bedroom with a velux now has a blind to block out the rising sun. The Agent (Wheelwrights of York) was immensely helpful with the minor issues that we had.

The adjacent neighbours are polite despite living next to a short term rental. The decor is modern and there is plenty of light that floods the room. The area itself is so quiet it’s hard to believe you’re just off one of the busiest areas of York ❤️
