Excellent. Best place we have stayed in York. Beautiful house. Good communication from hosts.. Hosts friendly and made us feel very welcome. Location great. Parking. Strongly recommend!

Fabulous house, excellent location just a few minutes walk from the train station and very easy to walk to York centre down Micklegate. Close to cafés and bars but far enough away from the main road to be quiet. The house had everything we needed for a group of friends on a trip to York. Comfortable beds, lovely sitting room, great kitchen (well equipped) and a cosy but spacious dining area. All spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully and warm and welcoming on a November weekend. The communication from the owners was excellent, and the information they provided before our stay and in the house was great. We also appreciated the bottle of fizz and snacks. Just wish we could have stayed longer. And of course the parking is a definite bonus. Hope to return.

The house was lovely, beautifully done and in a great location! An easy walk to the train station and into York's main centre. Very comfortable and spacious for 5 people. Would love to stay there again. Owners were the best to deal with - communication was excellent!
