Location was pretty good for walking into centre. If you like a firm mattress you will be happy with the beds. All rooms were clean and in good condition. Nice quiet area. I can recommend going for drinks in the local pub 'The Punch Bowl', a friendly pub with good prices.

excellent location, close to the centre, which is great as car parking is quite expensive in the city. Parking was as describe, easy access to the keys, well equipped and comfortable house.

Quiet location, close to the Minster and ideal for The Shambles market. It was ideal for relaxing and doing revision for GCSEs and ICBs. Garden; sadly it was a little cold so we couldn’t enjoy it to the full. Great neighbours and chatting over the fence. Stays York were really helpful.
