The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Great location, only 10 minute walk into town. Comfortable furnishings and equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, stove and fridge freezer. York is a great city with a lot to do and lots of bars and restaurants to visit.

Everthing was perfect, except, the bed in the second room, was a bit uncomfortable, but would be fine foe children

Excellent location. Victorian terrace with character. Spacious living area and well equipped Kitchen. Comfy beds. Parking outside the property. Very good shower. Really liked the quirky furniture in the front bedroom.

It's a good location. It's pretty clean, save for some minor details. Can't lie it's very comfy. Heating on a good temperature.
